Mike DeSola, Jr.

Mike advises Fortune 500 and growth companies on strategy and business planning, marketing and communications, organizational development, and competitive intelligence.

For over two decades, he has helped clients reframe their strategic perspective and purpose, reposition and shape differentiating brands, and build high-performance growth businesses.

Mike received a B.A. from Boston College and J.D. from Widener University (Delaware) School of Law.

Ryan DeSola

Ryan advises industry leaders and emerging growth companies on brand strategy, communications and creative and digital experiences.

Ryan has driven many award-winning branding and marketing programs for companies targeting B2B, B2C and B2B2C, helping to develop and execute actionable marketing and growth plans with measurable results.

Ryan attended New School University in New York City and has been with DeSola Group since 2004.
