Principals

Mike DeSola, Jr.

Mike advises Fortune 500 and growth companies on strategy and business planning, marketing and communications, organizational development, and competitive intelligence.

For over two decades, he has helped clients reframe their strategic perspective and purpose, reposition and shape differentiating brands, and build high-performance growth businesses.

Mike received a B.A. from Boston College and J.D. from Widener University (Delaware) School of Law.

Damian DeSola

Damian advises senior leadership in the areas of brand strategy, positioning and communications, as well as creative planning and execution.

Damian joined the firm in 1996 and has built a specialty working with clients with complex branding structures, numerous subsidiaries and a focus on B-2-B environments.

Damian is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.A. in Communication and a concentration in English Literature and Philosophy.
